RPAYC Lobby / Office

Refurbishment of the existing lobby and administration offices, including the installation of a passenger lift for compliance. The design of the reception desk was linked with the existing joinery in the building with the sweeping curve of the desk imitating the lines of a yacht. The floor, wall and ceiling finishes were all treated with new lighting throughout to create a gentler ambience in the space.

The lift works included the construction of the lift shaft to the existing light well co-ordination of Otis to install the car, and finishing the new structure to the existing building.
