L27, 363 George Street

Fitout and Makegood on level 27, 363 George Street, Sydney. Works included the demolition of existing partitions, floor finishes, ceilings and services. The project was then completed by the installation of new carpet and ceilings along with relocations / reinstallations of existing fire and electrical services to suit open plan. Works occurred out-of-hours including regular housekeeping to building core areas to minimise the disturbance to the operation of businesses within the building. Lateral Projects management team worked in conjunction with building management in a successful attempt to minimise cost through design and scope to maximise the leasing potential of the space.
