Refurbishment of the 18 First Choice Liquor Mart stores throughout NSW.
The projects involved co-ordination of Coles and Lateral trades to undertake their work while the stores kept trading with and emphasis on ensuring the maximum amount of stock was always on the shop floor.
Lateral worked with the Coles PM’s and consultants to undertake building surveys and where required DA’s, CDC’s, Fire and DDA upgrades to the stores.
